Anche online monitoring system for motor vehicle exhaust emissions includes roadside inspection system and road restriction screening system. The roadside inspection system mainly uses remote sensing technology for detecting motor vehicle exhaust emissions. The vehicle remote sensing test system can achieve simultaneous detection of exhaust emissions from gasoline and diesel vehicles driving on multiple lanes, with efficient and accurate detection results. The product has mobile and fixed designs to choose.
Advantages and features
1) Unmanned automatic detection
It can simultaneously detect gasoline and diesel vehicles, automatically achieving real-time unmanned multi-lane exhaust emission detection.
2) Highly integrated design (ACYC-R600SY)
Compact in appearance and easy to install, debug, carry, and operate.
3) Real time wireless data transmission
The check point data is transmitted in real-time wirelessly through 4G network, reducing installation restrictions and lowering construction difficulty.
4) System operation monitoring through internet
It supports internet remote control, allowing for remote monitoring and data management from any location.
5) Automatic timing calibration
Equipped with a built-in air chamber, it can automatically calibrate the instrument on time without any manual intervention.
6) Low energy consumption
The entire device comes with lithium battery power supply, reducing regional restrictions.
7) Large measurement coverage range (ACYC-R600S)
The installation method of the gantry can detect different types of vehicles without affecting their normal running.
8) Fully automatic license plate recognition system
High license plate recognition rate and it is capable of automatically recognizing license plates.
9) Real time display of test results on LED screen (ACYC-R600S)
The test results are wirelessly transmitted to the LED screen, making it easier for operators and drivers to obtain the results.
10) Real-time law enforcement mode
It can provide a law enforcement mode, which can judge vehicle emission results on site and print test reports, and achieve multi-system pairing function.
11) Built-in meteorological station
Real time monitoring of the temperature, humidity and atmospheric pressure of the equipment itself and the environment to ensure the stability of equipment operation.
12) Speed and acceleration detection (optional)
Built-in speed measurement or radar speed measurement and customers can use it flexibly.
Principles for selecting remote sensing check points:
1.Uphill sections are recommended, while straight sections should be 200 meters away from the intersection ahead. Downhill sections are not recommendable.
2.Asphalt and cement flooring, dry road surface, no dust or water splashes from passing vehicles.
3. It is not recommended to install the device on bridges and in culverts and tunnels.
4. It should be avoided to install it at the exit of a parking lot or a residence community and to test cold start vehicles.
5. Congested roads should be avoided and it is not recommended to install it at the entrance of large enterprises or schools.
6. The vehicles should travel in the same direction.
7. It is advisable to have a traffic flow of around 1000 vehicles per hour, with an average speed of 10-120 km/h.
8. There should be an appropriate distance between two vehicles to avoid mixture of smoke plumes.
9. Select vertical or horizontal remote sensing equipment based on the characteristics of traffic flow on the road section.
10. Temperature: -30~45℃, humidity: 0~85%, no rain, fog, snow, etc.
11. Altitude: -305 ~ 3048m.
The ACYC-R600C vertical remote sensing test system for motor vehicle exhaust emissions is a system fixed on a gantry and can perform real-time remote sensing detection of exhaust pollutants from vehicles driving on one-way lanes. Spectral absorption technology is adopted to detect carbon dioxide (CO2), carbon monoxide (CO), hydrocarbons (HC), and nitrogen oxides (NOX) emitted from motor vehicle exhaust.
