Brake Tester

Brake tester is used to test the braking performance of motor vehicles, which is mainly used in the field of car making and maintenance. It can test whether the braking performance of the vehicle meets the standard or not by measuring the rotation speed and braking force of the wheel, the braking distance and other parameters.

Brake tester tests the rotation speed of the wheel through the sensor installed on the hub of the vehicle, calculates the acceleration of the wheel according to the measured data, and then calculates the braking force and braking distance of the vehicle. At the same time, the brake tester will collect and store data in real time, such as braking force equivalent coefficient, braking time, braking distance and other parameters, and output the data to the computer system for processing and analysis.
